SHIPPING POLICY

ALERT : As a result of the ongoing COVID-19 emergency, certain packages may take longer than usual to arrive as USPS has been delayed in some areas. Priority Mail Express overnight service is unaffected. Learn more

After an order is received, we will ship your item(s) within five business days. Please note that our products are hand-poured in small batches, and may take up to five days for production.  Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number that will provide you with the estimated arrival/delivery date.

*Exception:  Candle refills may take up to seven days for production. 

If your order contains multiple products, TLB may fulfill them in separate shipments, a split shipment. Therefore, although you made one order, you will receive multiple packages. You will receive a tracking number for each package if we fulfill your order with- a split shipment.

Order processing time does not include transit time. We ship all orders from Colorado, and transit times will vary based on delivery location.

Please note candles are only shipped Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday to try and eliminate our candles from sitting in the warehouse at shipping facilities. We cannot be sure of their heating conditions, and our premium wax could melt if the temperature is too hot in the warehouse or left in the delivery truck; therefore, we take precautions with our shipping method and days.

If you ordered candles, once your package is delivered try to take them inside so they are not left in the sun which could cause melting, or left in the cold which could cause wax to separate from the vessel. Please note if this does occur it does not affect the candles performance.  

Lost/Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If the package was delivered and you cannot find it, please check with neighbors, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the courier services. If the package is lost in transit TLB will file a claim with the courier services.
