Have you ever been told to be careful what you say and think because that will become your truth? Well, it is accurate. When you think positively and say positive things about yourself, it starts to form your beliefs and actions, similar to when you think negatively. It’s not to say you cannot have negative thoughts, as that is a natural emotion; however, dwelling in a negative space can start to make you feel angry, anxious, and stressed out.   If you are not used to speaking to yourself (says no one ever) become familiar. Each morning, select a few options below, say them aloud, and/or write them down. Doing this will set the tone for your day and get you moving positively. Making this routine will shift your everyday moves so that when you become discouraged, you can easily redirect your thoughts to know you are powerful!

  5. All I need is within me right now.

  6. I am inspiring people through my work.

  7. Today is a phenomenal day.

  8. I am turning DOWN the volume of negativity in my life while simultaneously turning UP the volume of positivity.

  10. I am not defined by my past; I am driven by my future.

  11. I use obstacles to motivate me to learn and grow.

  12. Today will be a productive day.

  13. I am healing and strengthening every day.

  14. I am going to forgive myself and free myself. I deserve to forgive and be forgiven.

  15. I do not engage with people who try to penetrate my mind with unhelpful thoughts and ideas- I walk away when a person or a situation isn’t healthy for me.

  16. I belong in this world; there are people that care about me and my worth.

  17. Happiness is a choice; today, I choose to be happy.

  18. One small positive thought in the morning can change my whole day. So, today I rise with a powerful thought to set the tone and allow success to echo through every moment of my day.

  19. Note to self: I am going to make you proud.

  20. I am capable of achieving my goals.
